Master Dog Trainer

Annie is the owner and trainer at Scovellsway Training Kennels with over 10 years of experience in gundog and companion dog training. She has a wealth of expertise and knowledge developed in this specialist field as well as a considerable reputation and profile. She has a passion for helping clients achieve personal goals for their dog either as an obedient family companion or a shooting dog.

She has a love for the countryside working and competing in field trials with her dogs.  Annie is a working test judge and a member of over 30 gundog clubs and associations . Her affection for dogs comes from childhood where she trained, groomed and showed West Highland White Terriers. She currently has seven working spaniels and retrievers.
 
She is a qualified teacher with a PGCE, lecturing at several agricultural colleges and instrumental in developing and implementing courses. Previously, as head trainer at Mullenscote Gundogs, she was an active member of the display team and offered help and advice to clients at game and country fairs nationwide.
