Gosia Lehkunow
Assistant Trainer
Gosia descibes how her career with dogs started "I realise that I have always been crazy about dogs."
Gosia previously worked in a Veterinary Clinic as a care assistant and spent many years working as a volunteer in a city shelter and in a local branch of The Animal Protection Society.
Gosia left her studies (Human Psychology) in Poland, and moved with her Cocker Spaniel, Frytka, to London and started studies at The Cambridge Institute of Dog Behaviour and Training.
Working with a colleague Gosia runs Dogs & the City and provides group and individual walks for dogs, puppy visits, day care and home boarding for dogs, puppy classes, intermediate classes for youngsters and adult dogs, 1-2-1 training sessions and behaviour consultations.
Gosia is also a volunteer in German Shepherd Rescue and hopes to become a foster home. Her own GSD, Ivan came from them.
Gosia remarks "
What do dogs mean to me? Simply everything"
