Jules Martin

Dog Trainer

With over 25 years experience in dog training and behaviour worldwide, Jules is a confident and driven trainer.

She has a varied background ranging from working with perimeter defence dogs on the Gaza Strip (in a Military war zone)  to  veterinary nursing, domesticated dogs behavioural needs, obedience training and even pedigree breeding.

Now settled just outside of London, she focuses on one to one training with an emphasis on behavioural needs and larger breeds.

Jules believes in one to one training on a client’s home ground, working through any problems the client may have in order to re-establish a harmonious relationship between both human and canine clients.

Having also worked with rescue dogs Jules is confident with dogs in all stages of development from puppy to adulthood and believes all breeds can be rehabilitated regardless of their background or history.

She can also offer ‘aid / support’ dog training for people with disabilities.
Her own dog Buddy, is an ‘aid / support ’ dog taught by Jules to help her with her own day to day needs brought on by her MS. He even has his own video!

She is currently studying towards a BA Honours degree at the Cambridge Institute of Dog Behaviour and Training / Middlesex University.  She is also getting involved with the Staffordshire Bull Terrier Epidemic in London as all of her dogs including Buddy have been bull breeds or bull cross breeds.
