Master Dog Trainer
After growing up always in a house full of dogs Mark went to work in veterinary practice after leaving school. Then while studying canine behaviour he worked in boarding and rescue kennels and once qualified in 2000 set up Herts Canine - his own dog training and behaviour business. Herts Canine is now regarded as one of the largest and most successful dog training schools in the area. Mark helps dog owners on a full time basis seeing over a thousand dogs a year.
Mark offers group classes for both puppies and adults and is a specialist in solving any type of behaviour problems in dogs. One to one training classes are also available as well as gundog training and working trials. All of the methods that Mark uses are kind, reward based techniques.
Mark is often called upon to advise veterinary surgeons on all aspects of canine behaviour and has featured on the BBC.
Over the years Herts Canine has grown from strength to strength now also offering canine hydrotherapy and a dog boarding facility.
When not working Mark is usually found spending time with his six dogs which consist of Golden Retrievers, Labradors and Rottweilers.
