Karen specialises in one to one obedience training and behavioural consultations for puppies, dogs and rescue dogs in Hampshire and Wiltshire.
Karen offers bespoke one to one obedience and behavioural training sessions and consultations, during which she works with your dog’s breed specific characteristics, individual temperament and particular motivations. Karen looks at all aspects of your dog's life, including diet. Karen offers puppy training, and can help you find the right puppy, dog / rescue dog for you. When training adult dogs and / or rescue dogs Karen also takes in to account and works in consideration of the dog’s history and previous experiences. Karen works within your daily routine, your location, family / work requirements and your previous experience with dogs, to create training and behaviour programmes that are manageable for you and your family.
Karen lives with 5 dogs, 4 of which are rescues. She has 10 years experience working with and rehabilitating rescue dogs. Karen has worked with many breeds including Jack Russells, Labradors, Hounds, Spaniels, German Shepherds, Collies, Min Pin and many different crossbreeds.
As well as training, Karen has a particular interest in Canine Behaviour and can help with many different issues and create bespoke behaviour modification programmes for problems such as:
