Doggy Sleepover offers one-to-one obedience training, puppy socialisation training, group walks/re-call training and behaviour consultations
Malin has been training and working with dogs for nearly 7 years, including rescuing and fostering dogs. Working her German Shepherd in the Working Trail discipline and training her own dogs in the Kennel club Good citizen award scheme. She has attended many courses and seminars in recent years, including Canine First Aid, Dog Aggression, Dangerous Dogs and Dog Law and is currently studying “Common Canine Behaviour” with the Cambridge Institute of Dog Behaviour and Training.
After raising her children and working as a pre-school teacher for 10 years, Malin turned her passion for dogs to a full time career, and in 2012 Malin founded Doggy Sleepover, a luxury home boarding/daycare facility in the Chiltern Hills, on the boarders of Beds, Bucks and Herts. Her family now share their home with a large pack of boarding dogs of various sizes and breeds, and spend many hours exercising the pack in the beautiful countryside.
Doggy Sleepover offers one-to-one obedience training, puppy socialisation training, group walks/re-call training and behaviour consultations with the option of residential training, which includes a pre-boarding consultation and an extensive hand over training session with Vicky Lawes from Lawespaws.
Malin owns a German Shepherd and a rescue West Highland Terrier.
