Peter provides one to one dog training and behavioural therapy at your home to help you improve your dog’s obedience and behaviour.
Peter operates under the banner of UK Dog Trainer. Most sessions are in the region of four hours where he will get a history and view of the problems you’re experiencing and then tailor a training plan to help you overcome them.
Training covers: how to communicate effectively with the dog to achieve positive behaviours which can then be reinforced; aspects of leadership; handling and lead walking. He also takes an holistic view of the dog’s life and relationship with the owner to identify problem areas and adjust things for the better.
Peter owns Seven dogs of different breeds: Three cocker spaniels, a Dandie Dinmont Terrier, A miniature Poodle, a Standard Schnauzer and a miniature Dachsund.
Peter does some gun dog training with his spaniels mainly as a hobby, but can give advice and guidance to gundog owners who have issues with their dogs.
Peter has been successfully training dogs and offering realistic behavioural advice since 2009 and has a Diploma in dog psychology (distinction) with the open College and a canine first-aid certificate.
Peter is fully insured to handle and care for up to five dogs at a time.
Peter covers the whole of north Wales and travels to Manchester, Lliverpool and the West Midlands.
